products that your loved ones would like once you give these things or foods to
them.
Sukang Ilocano
This vinegar native from Ilocos is fermented from samak
leves and sugarcane juice. Traditionally, they are left in burnay jars to age
and be preserved. First, it would turn into wine but if preserved longer, if
there would be a darker color and stronger flavor, it turns into vinegar.
Bugnay Wine
Bugnay, which is also known as wild blackberries, is
fruit that is native to the Philippines. Adams, the one-barangay town high in
the sylvan mountains, close by Pagudpud, are experts in making wine out of this
fruit. The bugnay wine, which was made by the people in Adams, was quite
similar to a grape wine due to its unusual but satisfying taste and aroma. Just
like red wines, it is also reddish to purplish in color.
Garlic

Tobacco
Tobacco is a processed product dried leaves of plants. This is also major
industry of Candon City in Ilocos Sur. With this, Ilocanos celebrate Tobacco
Festival during March 28-31 of every year. There are a lot of activities
prepared for this festival. The said activities include open street dancing
competition, marching band competition, Miss Virginia Tobacco, tobacco rolling,
calamay (rice cake) eating contest, basketball with celebrities,beack bikini

Longganisa
When you say ground pork seasoned in pepper, salt then
wrapped in pork skinless intestine, it would be longganisa. It is one of
Ilocano’s signature products and is also considered as one of the best. For

Cornik
Corniks are dried corns. Ilocanos sell a lot of these
products. It comes with different flavors such as cheese, barbeque and garlic.
Royal Bibingka
Royal Bibingka is an Ilocano product that is especially
made for tourists who go to Ilocos. You should not miss on tasting this
bibingka with a special Ilocano taste. It is also one of the best pasalubongs

of Vigan.
Handicrafts
